PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust, dirt, etc., from intruding into a cartridge main body and also to prevent interference between an intermediate shell and a pickup. SOLUTION: In a disk cartridge 1 in which an optical disk 3, an inner rotor 4 and a pair of shutter members 5 are housed in the cartridge main body 2 consisting of an upper shell 6 and a lower shell 7, a connection part 43a of the inner rotor 4 is set at height where the connection part does not project toward the lower shell 7 with respect to a lower surface R of the optical disk 3.
