THERMAL CONDUCTION SHEET AND COMPOSITE MEMBER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conduction sheet having high thermal conductivity and exhibiting flexibility and adhesion sufficient for following up the contact face of an apparatus. SOLUTION: The thermal conduction sheet has a metallic thermal conduction part formed continuously from one major surface to the other major surface at at least a part of the pore part of a porous resin sheet having porosity of 20-95%. The metallic thermal conduction part is formed by plating using a metal having thermal conductivity of 50 W/mK or above wherein the area of the metallic thermal conduction part is not smaller than 0.5% of the area of each major surface.
