SOLUTION: Non-language information such as feelings, etc., of a user having a portable communication terminal is stored in a database of a non-language information control server connected to a network, and the non-language information of feelings, etc., of each user can be obtained by accessing from the portable communication terminal. For example, the user of the portable communication terminal which starts communication from now on cap grasp the feeling of a counterpart which is called, or can obtain the non-language information of feelings, etc., of the mating user of communication in the middle of the communication or after the communication. Further, positional information of the portable communication terminal is recorded in the database of the non-language information control server, thereby knowing feelings, etc., of the user having the communication terminal near various geographic position.
