PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the balance of an armature of a motor so as not to impair the performances of the motor. SOLUTION: The balance of an armature (L) is adjusted by a method including a step in which the balance of the armature (M) is measured before a fan (F) is attached to determine an unbalance part (7), a step in which the armature (M) before the fan (F) is attached is positioned relative to the unbalance part (7), and a step in which the fan (F) having unbalance parts (6 and 10) formed beforehand is attached to the armature (M) with an attachment angle which makes the unbalance parts (6 and 10) cancel the unbalance part (7) of the armature (M) before the fan (F) is attached.
