PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control individually power sources of a plurality of memory-macro and to transfer surely data required for each memory-macro. SOLUTION: A memory-macro 11 is arranged in a semiconductor chip 10. The memory-macro 11 has a fuse data latch circuit 14. The fuse data latch circuit 14 holds data supplied from a fuse circuit 12. Power sources are supplied individually to the memory-macro 11 and the fuse data latch circuit 14.
