PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform complicated control through easy operation without lowering the recognition rate of a human voice. SOLUTION: A word extraction part 26 extracts a recognized character string that a storage part 27 stores according to state information on a microwave oven that a center control part 18 outputs. A voice analysis part 23 analyzes a voice inputted through a microphone 10 and outputs the analytic result to a matching part 24. The matching part 24 matches the analytic result against the recognized character string extracted by the word extraction part 26 to calculate their similarity and a decision part 25 outputs the recognition result to the center control part 18 according to the similarity. The center control part 18 controls a heating part, a display part, a speaker, etc., according to the inputted recognition result.
