Use of a composition based on titanium oxide and at least 1 % of an alkaline earth metal sulfate to catalyze the hydrolysis of carbon oxysulfide and hydrocyanic acid in gaseous emissions from co generation systems for the simultaneous production of electricity and thermal energy from a fuel such as natural gas.
