<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the sufficient strength of a module without lowering power generating efficiency by reducing problems due to the reflected light of glass on the surface of the module. SOLUTION: The thin film solar cell module comprises a low-cost non- reinforced flat glass plate 3 used as a glass substrate for forming a non-single crystal silicon thin film solar cell 4, a reinforced glass plate 1 having a rugged shape formed to obtain an antiglare effect on the front surface side of the glass substrate 3, and a low-cost sealing film 5 provided on the rear surface side of the cell 4. Thus, the antiglare effect of the surface of the module and the module strength are assured and the cost is reduced.</p> |
