<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an upper case of a junction box using a single die even if used in various types of vehicles. SOLUTION: Longitudinal strip busbars are housed in a lower case and the upper case, and wire connecting blocks, wherein a number of cavities for insert- latching wire terminals are arranged in parallel, are protruded on one side of external surfaces of the cases. Connector housing parts are arranged on the other side thereof, and the terminals in the cases and the terminals in the housing parts are connected to the busbars, to form a circuit. A part for arranging the connector housing part is formed by inserting a bushing in a forming die, and positions and the number of the connector housing parts are changed in accordance with the types of the vehicles. The number of the cases itself can be increased and decreased.</p> |
