<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that installation area is large and peripheral equipment cannot be easily connected to an image-forming apparatus in the conventional rack for the image-forming apparatus, and to provide a rack for the image-forming apparatus where installation area is small and peripheral equipment can be easily connected to image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: In a rack 10, an image-forming apparatus having a caster and the peripheral equipment can be installed. The rack 10 has a shelf section 31 where the peripheral equipment can be placed, a post 21 for supporting the shelf section, and a foundation section 11 for supporting the post. When viewing the rack from side, the rack is U-shaped comprising the shelf section 31, post 21, and foundation section 11. The foundation section 11 can be inserted into the clearance between the bottom surface of the image-forming apparatus and the surface of an installation floor.</p> |
