<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate labor of auction sellers, and reduce the number of times of delivery from a provider to successful bidders for reducing delivery cost. SOLUTION: In a drawing device 10, a winner of an incentive is determined among plural applicants. In an incentive market device 20, a successful bidder is determined among bidders to the incentive provided. In a delivery address designating device 40, delivery addresses for the incentive are designated based on winner information from the drawing device 10 and successful bidder information from the incentive market device 20. In a delivery address writing device 70, the delivery address designated by the delivery address designating device 40 is written to the incentive. By a delivery means 80, the incentive is delivered to the written delivery address.</p> |
