摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that can be improved in throughput and frequency efficiency by reducing resources used in base stations, and to provide a mobile communication method, a base-station control station, a base station, and a mobile station. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system 10 is constituted to include base stations 14 and 16 connected to each other through a network 18 and mobile stations 12 existing at positions from which the stations 12 can communicate with the base stations 14 and 16. The base station 14 has a means which extracts part of packets 20 and 22 addressed to the mobile stations 12 or copies the packets 20 and 22, and transmits the extracted packet 22 or copied packets 20 and 22 to the mobile stations 12 through the base station 16 and another means which transmits the remaining packet 20 or all packets 20 and 22 to the mobile stations 12. Each mobile station 12 has a means which discriminates whether the data transmitted from the base stations 14 and 16 are identical or different from each other, and another means which performs diversity reception when the data are identical or separately receives the data when the data are different from each other.
