PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board superior in abrasion resistance and in solder wettability, and to provide a detecting device using the circuit board. SOLUTION: The circuit board 1 is provided with an electric conductor forming movable points 6 and 7 which change with the fluctuation of a body to be detected and a solder connecting part 8 where sliding parts 2 and 3 with which the movable points 6 and 7 slide and a terminal 10 are connected by solder 11, and with a resistance body 4 connected to the sliding parts 2 and 3 constituting the electric conductor. In the detecting device using the circuit board 1 where the resistance value of the resistance body 4 changes by the sliding of the movable points 6 and 7 on the sliding parts 2 and 3 and an output signal is fluctuated, a removing part 16 which partially removes the electric conductor is disposed in the solder connecting part 8.
