PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of an article to browse the information on the used article by a terminal. SOLUTION: The user of an automobile transmits personal information and a registration number of the automobile from a user terminal 11 to a commodity information server 1. A control part 2 registers the personal information in a user data base 5 corresponding to the registration number, and transmits the registration number to an operating terminal 13. An operator inputs vehicle inspection information and the like corresponding to the registration number to the operating terminal 13. The control part 2 receives the vehicle inspection information and the like from the operating terminal 13 and registers the same in the user data base 5. The control part 2 extracts the information such as the name of a vehicle from the user data base 5 according to a request from the firm terminals 12a to 12n and transmits the same. On receiving the application information from the firm from the firm terminals 12a to 12n, the control part 2 registers the information in the user data base 5 and transmits the same according to a request from the user terminal 11. |
