PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting purchase of goods by customers by providing information related to goods by bidirectional communication between a vehicle maker side server 1 and a user terminal 5 in which correctness of service of distributors is achieved to prevent deterioration of brand images in the system, and smooth selling activities in the distributors. SOLUTION: In the vehicle maker side server 1, a request transmitted from the user terminal 5 is transferred to a terminal 4 of the distributor. A service situation of the distributor to the request is detected, and a process is executed to take a prescribed procedure to the distributor based on result of detection. |
