PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of utilization of an aerial photo video image. SOLUTION: A photographing condition information relating means 122 stores a video image photographed with a camera mounted on a flying body into an aerial video image storage section 121 in cross-reference with photographing condition information comprising at least one of: flying position information, flying altitude information, flying direction information; three- dimensional flying attitude information of the flying body; and three-dimensional attitude information, photographing view angle information, photographing altitude information and photographing time information of the camera. In the case of detecting a desired video image, a user enters an estimated flying altitude and photographing time or the like. Alternatively the user enters a sentence with respect to the desired video image. Thus, the user can obtain the desired video image available in various forms.
