PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple electromagnetic wave shield structure which can obtain satisfactory electromagnetic wave shield performance by tightly being connected to shielding braiding for an electromagnetic wave generated by, specially, a large-current and high-voltage transmission line at low cost with a small number of components. SOLUTION: The braiding 20 which cover an electric conductor 10 can easily and securely be connected directly to an external plate case B of a fitted body, e.g. a motor by inserting a clamping bolt 35 into a bolt hole 24 bored in an overlap part 23 of the braiding 20. An electromagnetic wave which is generated by the electric conductor 10 is absorbed through a shield conduction path consisting of a metallic cover 30, a braiding anchor claw 33, the overlap part 23 of the braiding 20, a metallic collar 42, the clamping bolt 35, the external plate case B, and grounding G.
