PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an integrated circuit having a plurality of built-in voltage controlled oscillators (VCO). SOLUTION: The variations in oscillation frequency variable ranges of all VCOs built in the integrated circuit are made to be the same direction. As the oscillation frequency variable range of each VCO, a varied range is added to a covering range regardless of the variation. The respective oscillation frequency variable ranges are set so that the oscillation frequency variable ranges of the VCOs are adjacent each other. Thus, the less number of VCOs can cover a wide frequency range.
