<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently combines compressed and coded stream data without restoring to a base band. SOLUTION: This method includes; steps S1, S2 of comparing a coded stream Fn of a combination source with a coded stream Fn+1 of a combination destination by obtaining a VBV occupancy quantity An of a final picture of the stream Fn and a VBV initial quantity An+1 of a leading picture of the stream Fn+1; steps S3, S5 of deleting the final picture data of the combination source when the result of comparison indicates An>An+1, inserting sin 32-bits to the combination source data, and conducting switch changeover control when the VBA occupied value is equal to the VBV initial value of the leading picture of the combination destination; and steps S4, S5 of inserting zero of 32-bits or more to the final processing data of the combination source data when the result of comparison indicates An>An+1, and conducting switch changeover control when the VBA occupied value is equal to the VBV initial value of the leading picture of the combination destination.</p> |
