PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely make a client facsimile device operate without misfunctioning related to an internet facsimile gateway. SOLUTION: This is connected to another party gateway with a network card 20 in between, and to a facsimile device with phone lines 2a, 14a and 16a in between. When a facsimile signal received from the other party gateway comes without meeting a specified delay reference, FCS of the facsimile signal is damaged and transmitted to a PSTN side facsimile device. Or, when a facsimile picture signal received from the other party gateway comes without meeting a specified delay reference, EOL is forcibly transmitted to cause error in the line, and continuously the receiving PSTN side facsimile device transmits from a decryptable MH line as a next line.
