PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional data processing method that has caused stagnancy of command issue when a communication channel (LUN) from an initiator to a target enters a communication disabled state due to any cause. SOLUTION: In the data processing method between two nodes interconnected by a serial bus and communicating by using a plurality of logical communication units, when the first logical communication unit is used for data communication from the initiator to the target and the second logical communication unit is used for data communication from the target to the initiator among the plurality of logical communication units, a control command issued from the initiator to the target can be issued for and received by the logical communication units in both directions.
