PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a machine frame even in the case where a motor generating great heat is used and to prevent increase in the number of parts and in assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: A part of a left side face plate 2 serving as the metallic machine frame for fixing the motor 6 is used as a guide part facing a conveying passage for a card. In comparison with a resin machine frame, the metallic machine frame having higher heat resistance can be prevented from thermal deformation. Since the machine frame is constructed of a single member ranging from the part for fixing the motor 6 to the guide part facing the card conveying passage and also the volume and the surface area of the machine frame are increased, a high heat radiation property can be obtained.
