PURPOSE: A device and method for automatically forming insulating material with a perforated part or a bent part is provided to improve productivity by using an intaglio roller and a relief roller, and forming a perforation and a bent line on the insulating material automatically and continuously. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically forming insulating material with a perforated part or a bent part is composed of a base(10), a motor(20) installed at the lower side of the base, an intaglio roller(30) installed at the upper side of the base and driven by the motor, a relief roller(32) engaged with the intaglio roller, and a guide roller(34) installed at the upper side of the base and guiding the insulating material.
