PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a mobile communication network high in matching with the internet, and also enhance the channel efficiency and the economization of a battery. SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system 10 which comprises a plurality of radio base stations 13A, 13B, etc., connected to an IP net 12, a plurality of mobile stations 14 existing within radio zones that the plural radio stations form, and a server 11 connected to the IP net 12 and controlling the positional information of the mobile station 14, and in which the aggregate of the radio zones constitutes a simultaneous call area, and the server 11 controls the information of the mobile station 14 in waiting, making it correspond to the simultaneous call area where the target mobile station 14 exists, the server 11 decides whether the mobile station 14b is waiting for it or not when the radio base station 13A transfers a packet addressed to the mobile station 14B to the server 11. If the mobile station is waiting, it copies and multicasts as many packets 25 as the radio base stations corresponding to the simultaneous call area made to correspond to the mobile station 14B. |
