PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-rate receiver with a small number of analog adjustment sections whose adjustment is difficult and using one oscillator to demodulate a reception signal with various recovery carrier frequencies and various symbol rates. SOLUTION: In the case of sampling a digital base band system created by down-converting the received signal and analog/digital converting the result, a phase controller 18 outputs an address denoting a prescribed time on the basis of an offset value A 19. Further, interpolation filters 16, 17 calculate the magnitude of the digital base band signal at a prescribed time, and a phase comparison means 23 detects the address and a phase error at a Nyquist point by each prescribed sampling number. The phase controller 18 controls the address so that the phase error is zero. Further, a clock divider 25 outputs a missing clock on the basis of an output of the phase controller 18. |
