<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing a die plate and a blank plate, which can inexpensively manage the die plates and the blank plates and also reduce loads for a host computer and a communication line in a circular plant where the same or a plurality types of the die plates can be circulated. SOLUTION: A system for managing a die plate and a blank plate provides a RFID tag T, which memorizes data pertinent to the die plate, the data pertinent to the plates manufactured by the die plate and the data for production schedule, fits up each die plate P with the RFID tag T when the die plate is cast into a circular plant, and fits up the only blank plate W, which is judged as a good product based on a check result, with a two-dimensional bar code label L, which keeps all or a part of the data memorized in the RFID tag T and the check result at a position check stage 104. Consequently, the system can manage the die plate P and the blank plate W at stages 102 to 111 and each stage of 108 and 109 in the circular plant by only implementing a tracking control at a material casting stage 101 in the circular plant.</p> |
