PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet mounting structure having a high proofness against water and dust. SOLUTION: The grommet mounting structure is configured such that a sealing lip 10, which is formed into a ring shape as a whole having a larger dimension than that of an opening of a mounting member 4 and is brought into close contact with the side face of the mounting member 4, is provided on the joining face at the mounting member 4 side of the grommet 1 which is engaged with the opening of the mounting member. A protective wall 13, which surrounds the external peripheral side of the tip of the sealing lip which is brought into close contact with the side face of the mounting member, is also provided in the structure. |
