PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detecting device capable of detecting whether or not an object to be monitored enters a room and whether or not the object leaves the room on the basis of an output of an imaging means provided to detect abnormality of the object. SOLUTION: This abnormality detecting device is provided with a room entering detecting means for detecting that the object to be monitored enters the room on the basis of decision results made by a first movement deciding means and decision results made by a second movement deciding means, a means for setting up a room entering state flag when the room entering detecting means detects that the object enters the room, a room leaving detecting means for detecting that the object leaves the room on the basis of decision results of the first and second movement deciding means, and a means fro resetting the room entering state flag when the room leaving detecting means detects that the object leaves the room. |
