PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate, from a plurality of image formation devices, an image formation device that can start the execution of a print job in a short period, and to make the device start the print speedily. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of printers composing a LAN is provided with a monitor device 4, and the monitor device 4 is provided with a current sensor 41 that detects a current value of the printer and a control unit 45 that determines the time required for returning to a print enabled state based on the printer power consumption detected based on the current value. A server 3 selects (S1 to S6), from a plurality of the image formation devices, an image formation device in a state capable of starting the print job in the shortest time based on the returning time of each printer, and outputs (S7) print data to the selected image formation device. |
