PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card system capable of accurately carrying out writing in an IC card coming at a constant speed. SOLUTION: This non-contact IC card system is provided with a reading antenna 1a, which is used for reading data written in the IC card 2 stuck to a moving object 3, and a writing antenna 1b arranged on a moving passage for the IC card read by the reading antenna and used for carrying out writing on the IC card. Writing with the writing antenna 1b is carried out at an interval, which is calculated on the basis of the interval between the reading antenna 1a and the writing antenna 1b and the moving speed of the IC card 2 (belt conveyor conveying speed).
