PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which enables data to be exchanged by radio between a base station device and subscriber station devices accommodated in it by the use of data communication channels and is capable of improving data communications in efficiency. SOLUTION: Data communications between a base station device B and subscriber station devices C1 to C3 are kept on standby by each data of a communication unit requested to communicate, each data of a communication unit on stand-by are transferred to communication processing, communication standby information 11 containing data for discriminating a subscriber station device concerning communication standby as to the subscriber station devices accommodated in the base station device B is controlled, data communication channels are allocated to the subscriber station devices accommodated in the base station device B concerning the communication standby on the basis of the communication standby information, and data communications are maintained between the base station device and the subscriber station devices by radio by the use of data communication channels allocated to the subscriber station devices.
