PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new using manner or a playing way by utilizing high portability and a characteristic of communication standards in a terminal device having a wireless communication function, in particular a portable terminal device. SOLUTION: In respective portable terminal devices, a person who has any connection with an owner is registered together with relation with the owner. When discovered the other portable terminal devices that the same person is registered within a communicable distance, the relation between the owner of the portable terminal device and the owner of the other discovered mobile telephone set are displayed together with a message noticing the discovery.
