PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reconstruction expense management apparatus capable of extremely smoothly performing a business for reconstruction and a related business. SOLUTION: Input of pieces of expense data 11 as an amount to be prepared for a reconstruction work of a building and period data 12 as a period until extension and the reconstruction are performed is accepted by a keyboard 3 and stored in a storage device 4. Then, a control part 2 defines the period data 12 as maturity, calculates payment data 13 as a paid amount of a life insurance by which approximately the same amount of maturity lump sum as the expense data 11 can be obtained for a person in relation to the building and outputs it in a CRT 5 and a printer 6. The paid amount of the life insurance adjusting the sights on the planned reconstruction work with determined period and preparation expense is presented and the reconstruction expenses are managed by referring to the payment data 13. |
