PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the positional information of a mobile device by reducing a memory capacity. SOLUTION: The visitor location register (VLR) 210 of a previous visitor network 200 in the service area of which the mobile device 10 previously existed has a means of storing the visitor location register number (the visitor location register number of a transfer destination) of a new visitor network 300 in the service area of which the mobile device 10 now exists. When the visitor location register of the previous visitor network 200 receives an inquire about the presence of the mobile device 10 in the service area of the network 200 from a home location register (HLR) 110 immediately after reopening, the register instructs the visitor location register 310 of the visitor location register number of the transfer destination to register the location of the mobile device 10. The instructed visitor location register 310 registers the positional information of the device 10 in the home location resistor 110. Consequently, the positional information of the mobile device 10 is restored in the home location register 110. |
