PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute waveform shaping signal correction for a pulse waveform signal to be corrected of a digital relay which comprises a sampling signal or a frequency measurement signal, with a simple digital signal treatment without rendering analog waveform processing using a Schmitt trigger IC, a capacitor, or the like. SOLUTION: Binary levels of the signal to be corrected are repetitively detected from the signal to be corrected in the timing of a clock signal, and the signal whose levels are reversed is outputted as the signal after waveform- shaping the signal to be corrected, only when the detected level of the signals to be corrected is changed consecutively to the reversed level of the low level or the high level for a predetermined number of times, from the high level or the low level. |
