PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a velocity when the signal velocity of input/output of a signal processing circuit is limited. SOLUTION: An external clock 2 is inputted to a signal processing circuit part 101 and at the same time, a clock synchronized with the output of the signal processing circuit is generated in the outside. Thus, this device has a function capable of providing the clock synchronized with the output without decelerating an internal signal processing speed. |
