PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting method which can actualize stable component mounting, by detecting a pulse motor stepping out before a component is mounted and carrying out no wrong mounting although a rotary head type high-speed mounting machine uses the pulse motor for a mounting head. SOLUTION: A mark detection sensor 4 measures the angle of rotation of the mounting head 10 from the end of angle correcting rotation to mounting, and the angle of rotation is compared with an angle of rotation to be corrected to detect the pulse motor 11 stepping out. In such a case, the component 1 is not mounted to actualize stable component mounting. |
