<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity to prepare a server dedicated for acquiring an IP (internet protocol) address inside an IP network. SOLUTION: As equipment to be connected to an IP network 1, equipment having a UUI (user user interface) interface part connected through a D channel to an ISDN telephone network 5 and an IP network access part connected through a B channel to the IP network 1 is to be used. Call originating user side equipment 3-1 acquires a present IP address by requesting it to providers 2-1 and 2-2 and that IP address is reported through the UUI interface part and the ISDN telephone network 5 to call incoming user side equipment 3-2. Besides, the call incoming user side equipment 3-2 acquires the IP address of the call originating user side equipment 3-1 notified from the call originating user side equipment 3-1, and the present IP address acquired from the provider 2-2 is notified through the IP network 1 to the equipment of that IP address.</p> |
