PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for well performing temperature detection of a heated object, without detriment to good appearance and easiness to clean, in a cooking heater device mainly used for cooking with an electric heating part for heating an object N such as a pan. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an infrared intensity detection means 10 for detecting infrared intensity of infrared rays radiated from a heated object N and a temperature detecting means 15 for detecting the temperature of the heated object based on the infrared intensity detected by the infrared intensity detection means 10. |
