PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information communication device in which the information of a transmitting/receiving source linked with a navigation function can be mutually acquired especially by an end-to-end communication using an electronic mail between vehicles. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle information communication device is composed of an externally connected portable telephone terminal, car navigation function, modem function for exchanging data by end-to-end communication through the portable telephone terminal between vehicles, mail transmitting/receiving function for transmitting/receiving data by electronic mail, and car navigation link function for processing the information of the transmitted/received electronic mail while being linked with the car navigation function. |
