PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film further miniaturized using micro conductive fiber and stably maintaining an electrically connected state to acquire high connection reliability. SOLUTION: In this anisotropic conductive film in which a resin film comprises the micro conductive fiber, the micro conductive fiber comprises at least fibrous carbon or hollow carbon fiber, and the diameter of the micro conductive fiber is 1μm or less.
