PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor fan device in which brush retainers formed by simpler molding are used. SOLUTION: This motor fan device 10 includes a motor assembly 15 having a shaft 20, a commutator 18 supported by the shaft, and a pair of brushes that electrically contact with the commutator; a fan assembly 25 having a fan 26 linked to the shaft 20; an end plate assembly 35 that is arranged between the fan 26 and the motor assembly 15 and that has a plate 36 that partitions an opening 39 through which the shaft 20 passes, with the commutator 18 arranged in proximity to the opening 39; and a pair of brush holders 50 formed on the plate 36 neighboring the commutator 18 that receives the brushes and is opened toward the fan assembly 25.
