AC GENERATOR WITH VACUUM PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC generator with a vacuum pump which can stably generate an output even if a natural vibration frequency of its rotor coincides with the n-th order vibration frequency of rotation whose vibration source is the vacuum pump, while the shaft diameter of the rotor is not increased. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 of an AC generator ACG and a rotor 15 of a vacuum pump VP are attached to the rotor shaft 1a of the AC generator ACG. The rotor 1 is supported by a front cover 5 and a rear cover 6 of the AC generator ACG with bearings 10 and 11 provided on the rotor shaft 1a, respectively. The rotor shaft 1a is supported by the casing 16 of the vacuum pump VP with metal 12 which is a bearing provided on the end of the rotor shaft 1a on a side where the vacuum pump VP is provided.
