PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle AC generator in which the construction of a stator winding in the neighborhood of an output lead wire is carefully designed. SOLUTION: One group comprises three output lead wires X1, Y1, and Z1 led out of one side three-phase windings 23A and the other group comprises three output lead wires U1, V1, and W1 led out of the other three-phase windings 23B. As the respective output lead wires included in the two groups are arranged so as to be separated from each other, neutral lead wires corresponding to the respective output lead wires of the respective three-phase windings are arranged so as to be separated from each other. When three neutral lead wires of the one side three-phase windings are connected to each other, therefore, the lead wires do not cross the neutral lead wires of the other side three-phase windings, so that a neutral point can be easily formed by connection.
