PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable enabling operation such as connection to be performed with good workability in a dark place. SOLUTION: This coaxial cable 1 is formed by laminating coaxially an insulating body 3, a double face aluminum foil tape 4, an outer conductor 5 (braid), and an outer covering layer 6 in sequence around an internal conductor 2 positioned in a center. The outer covering layer 6 constituting an outer periphery portion of the cable 1 is formed by using a material mixed with light accumulation material. When the coaxial cable 1 is brought into a dark place such as an indoor from a bright place, the outer covering layer 6 of the coaxial cable 1 emits a light for a certain time.
