PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely removable another medium which is set in a prescribed drive from the drive before a processor stops. SOLUTION: The processor can stop through an operation termination processing under a condition that the operation termination operation has been performed. If the private medium is set in the drive when power is supplied, a starting processing following information stored in the private medium can be performed. When it is not set, a regular starting processing can be performed. The processor can stop when the medium is discriminated to be not set by setting that the operation termination operation is performed to be the condition. When the medium is discriminated to be set, a signal for inhibiting the stop of the processor and urging the removal of the medium can be outputted.
