PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise carrying-out device for a vending machine, which reliably keeps a lock state even when bound is caused by the moment of inertia when a lower pedal is locked. SOLUTION: The merchandise discharge device 1 is provided with the lower pedal 5, an upper pedal 4 and a link member 19 which is reciprocatively moved by a solenoid 17 to control the opening/closing of the respective pedals 4 and 5. Then the merchandises with the different diameters are carried-out without changing the width of a merchandise passage 10 and carrying-out the merchandise is controlled by alternately projecting the respective pedals 4 and 5. A rotary stopper 20 to be rotated linked with the lower pedal 5 is locked by a pin 25 arranged in the irregular shape groove 14 of a bearing base 11 when the lower pedal 5 is opened by the largest opening degree. A small diameter groove part 14a has a play part 14c for preventing the pin 25 from coming off by a sudden deviation in position when the stopper 20 is locked by the pin 25.
