PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet wherein an adhesion defect between a metal vapor deposition layer and an adhesive agent layer generated when the adhesive agent layer is formed on the metal vapor deposited surface of a metal vapor deposition film by a transfer method is improved. SOLUTION: In the adhesive sheet using the metal vapor deposition film having the metal vapor deposition layer formed on one surface of a transparent film, the adhesive agent layer is formed by the transfer method, after the metal vapor deposited surface of the metal vapor deposition film is subjected to surface treatment.
