The mechanism has a static body (3) comprising a rotatably adjustable coaxial assembly of an interior axis (1) and an exterior axis (2) that has a housing (2a) with an actuator (6) contacting a radial pin (4) and a radial catch (5) of a compression spring (7). The actuator has a curved plate (6a) extending from the interior axis to the body, and a rod (6b) aligned to the radial pin and catch in a resting position.
