PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fast operate and display three-dimensional images of a body surface and internal organs of a patient in which the most part gets still and a three- dimensional image obtained by combining images of surgical instruments that changes every moment in a real time and also to provide an operation system capable of fast rewriting the tree-dimensional images of the body surface and internal organs of the patient in the case the three-dimensional images have to be rewritten. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional display device consisting of a micro convex lens two-dimensional array, a planar display located almost at the focal plane of each lens of the convex lens array, and an image operating part for operating a two-dimensional image on the planar display so as to combine a target three-dimensional image from three-dimensional structure data of a three-dimensional object having a real body or a virtual three-dimensional object by being combined with the lens array, operates only a two-dimensional image for a planar display of a three-dimensional object to be changed and can perform fast operation of a three-dimensional image by combining a two-dimensional image for planar display of a still image part that has been already operated with two-dimensional images to each other in the case of changing a portion of a three-dimensional image to be displayed except when a full image is changed. |
